I slept.
I felt like a new person.
I still didn’t hit the target set for me by this sleep trainer (more on that will follow I’m sure, this thing is nuts).
But man I felt good.
I got more done in the hours I was awake. Who would’ve thought?
I’m gonna try it again.
Guys, if you don’t sleep, I recommend it. Seriously.
